Responsibilities

• Answer calls; relay messages; communicate with referring physician offices.
• Perform check-out processes (co-pays, scheduling, after-visit summaries) and document activities.
• Monitor wait times and escalate as needed.
• Open and route incoming mail; distribute correspondence and records; track program data.
• Request and handle referrals and medical records from referring offices for new appointments.
• Schedule appointments as directed.
• Maintain cash drawer and daily deposits when assigned.
• Contact insurance for registrations/pre-certifications as required.
• Travel may be required to support staffing at other facilities.
• Attend work professionally with attention to detail and cooperation.
