QUIPT HOME MEDICAL INC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts. You will process orders, verify insurance, and resolve inquiries with a courteous, efficient approach.

Responsibilities include understanding product lines, adhering to policies, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining accurate patient records while providing excellent service across multiple stations and teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, caregivers, and referral sources to provide equipment and services.
• Verify insurance and process orders accurately and timely.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate delivery/pickup scheduling with patients.
• Maintain patient files and ensure data accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
