QUIPT HOME MEDICAL INC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and providers. You will handle orders, verify insurance, and support multiple departments with clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, responding to inquiries, and coordinating deliveries while maintaining patient confidentiality and precise records. This role is on-site in Richmond, VA with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources and accounts.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely according to procedures.
• Verify insurance and eligibility and communicate costs to customers.
• Answer calls with a professional greeting and route to the correct person.
• Assist in order intake, documentation, and filing for patient charts.
• Maintain patient files and ensure information is current and secure.
