Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, or online and resolve complaints.
• Enter orders into the computer system accurately and timely.
• Verify insurance information and eligibility for third-party billing when appropriate.
• Schedule deliveries/pickups and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Maintain patient files and ensure documentation is complete and current.
