Job summary

Philips in Malvern, PA is hiring a Patient Services Inbound Representative to be the first point of contact for patients using ECG Solutions heart monitors. You will provide technical and service support, log interactions, and work with a collaborative team to resolve issues promptly.

The role includes 7 weeks of training, followed by a ramp-up period with a Tue–Sat schedule. Office-based and onsite three days a week, with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and/or product support experience.
• High school diploma or GED/ equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient-focused support via phone or chat for ECG Solutions monitors and services.
• Log all interactions—calls, chats, emails—with detailed documentation for follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Patient Services team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete 7-week training and nesting with a dedicated Educator in a structured setting.
• Work a ramp-up schedule after training (Tue–Sat, 12:00–20:30 CST) and onsite presence.
