Job summary

Philips is seeking an Patient Services Inbound Representative in Malvern, PA. You will be the first contact for patients using ECG monitors, providing technical and service support, and logging all interactions for follow-up. Office presence is required, with staged training and ramp-up periods.

Initial training lasts seven weeks, weekdays EST, followed by a 4-week ramp-up, Tue–Sat CST. This is an office role with in-person attendance at least 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational education.
• 1+ years in customer service or product support; call center experience or Salesforce a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong technical acumen and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Troubleshooting and technical support experience is preferred.
• Must meet physical, cognitive and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused support via phone or chat for ECG Solutions monitors and services.
• Log calls, chats, and emails and document interactions for clear follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Patient Services team to meet performance goals during training and ramp-up.
