Philips is seeking an Patient Services Inbound Representative in Malvern, PA to be the first contact for patients using ECG Solutions heart monitors. You will provide exceptional support via phone or chat, assist with device activation, and log all interactions for follow-up.

Training spans 7 weeks, followed by a 4-week ramp-up with adjusted hours. This on-site role requires strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in customer service or product support preferred; call center experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong technical aptitude and comfort using multiple platforms.
• Ability to navigate technical environments with patience and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Deliver patient-focused support via phone or chat for services and monitors, including technical assistance and activation.
• Accurately log calls, chats, and emails and document interactions for follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with the Patient Services team to meet performance goals and maintain high service levels.
• Complete 7-week training (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm EST) with mentorship.
• After training, work a 4-week ramp-up (Tue-Sat, 12:00pm-8:30pm CST) with holiday rotation.
