Job summary

Philips in Malvern, PA is seeking a Patient Services Outbound Representative to be the first point of contact for patients activating their ECG monitoring devices. You will guide users through activation, provide technical assistance, and deliver compassionate, high‑quality support.

You will manage outbound calls, coordinate with clinics and Account Executives to resolve delays, cancellations, and patient needs, and strive to meet KPIs in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong technical acumen.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to assist patients with activating monitoring devices and provide technical support.
• Manage daily and weekly patient call lists, coordinating with Clinics and Account Executives to resolve delays, cancellations, and needs.
• Meet KPIs and maintain high-quality standards in a collaborative environment.
• Initial training/nesting spans 6 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, under the mentorship of an Educator.
• Following training, you will enter a 3-week ramp-up period, working Monday through Friday from 11:00am-7:30pm EST with a holiday rotation.
