Qualifications

• Education level: High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year experience; state-specific occupational medicine knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA/PHI and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Communicate wait times and direct patients accordingly.
• Check in patients using the patient management system.
• Explain forms and ensure proper completion of paperwork.
