IMS is seeking a Front Office professional for our Avondale clinic. The role handles phone support, patient scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes, with potential duties in insurance verification and administrative tasks.

A positive, service-oriented approach is essential. Qualifications include at least 1 year in customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and organize front office tasks and workflow.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to take initiative, work well with an established team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer skills using Microsoft software, scheduling software, and email applications.

Mansioni

• Provide office support to front office staff in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of office flow.
• Check patients in and out
• Receive direct and relay telephone messages
• Maintain and keep an updated scanning/filing system
• Have an understanding of insurance referral processes
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Ability to multi-task and execute delegated duties
