Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience with Athena system is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer skills include Microsoft software, scheduling software and email apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages physician clinic schedules.
• Welcomes patients and explains services, payments and billing.
• Manages check-in/check-out and verifies demographics.
• Schedules appointments, tests and procedures.
• Collects co-pays and verifies insurance coverage.
• Answer all incoming calls and route to staff.
• Monitors daily clinic schedule for authorizations and co-pays.
• Makes reminder calls and follows up on no-shows.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients.
