Job summary

Integrated Medical Services (IMS) in Avondale, AZ, seeks a compassionate Front Office professional to support patient flow and service excellence. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, and assist with basic insurance verification as needed.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic environment. A high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience are expected;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and organize front office tasks and workflow.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and emails.

Responsibilities

• Provide office support to front office staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Check patients in and out.
• Receive direct and relay telephone messages.
• Efficient patient scheduling.
• Maintain and keep an updated scanning/filing system.
• Understand insurance referral processes.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
• Ability to multi-task and execute delegated duties.
