Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months customer service/clerical experience including computer operation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficient typing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software

Responsibilities

• Organize the office efficiently and effectively.
• Contribute to a pleasant and cooperative team environment.
• Cross train in all areas of reception.
• Accurately and expeditiously register patients.
• Respond to requests for information, both patient specific and practice specific.
