Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out accurately and greet visitors.
• Handle financial transactions, collect co-pays, and balance cash drawer.
• Prepare daily patient schedules and document physician notes.
• Verify insurance details and update patient information in the system.
• Communicate policies and obtain required signatures from patients.
• Reschedule no-show patients and generate no-show letters when needed.
• Support front desk operations and maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
