Job summary

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the practice management system.
• Answer multi-line phones and route inquiries.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.

• Coordinate communication among patients, providers, and staff.
• Manage front desk workflow and patient flow.
