Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Palo Alto is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver exceptional front desk and administrative support for patients starting their care journey. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify information and insurance, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth visit.

The clinic operates Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm, full-time 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and verify information.
• Maintain patient records, keep front office organized, and assist with payments.
• Coordinate between patients, staff and departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Support front office tasks during downtime, including phones, scanning, filing, and supplies.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and assist with inventory as needed.
