Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across clinics in California. The role includes greeting patients, scheduling, verifying insurance, and maintaining records, with travel to Irvine, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo and other clinics as needed.

The position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with a pay range of $19-$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and documents.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office tidy and organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
