Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a Patient Services Representative to deliver exceptional front desk service and administrative support across multiple clinic locations in North Orange County. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance details, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient clinic environment.

The role requires travel to various PRN clinics within the area, with a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and pay between $19 and $22 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally and warmly.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Verify patient information and insurance details accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and records.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Assist with front office tasks during downtime (phone, scanning, filing, payments).
• Communicate with patients and staff to address questions or concerns.
