Job summary

Kuresmart is seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage patient flow and information at the point of care. You will register patients, collect payments, and coordinate scheduling within the EMR system.

The role requires excellent communication, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a smooth patient experience. This on-site position offers full-time hours with benefits and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and public.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Prefer 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient check-in and check-out accuracy and timeliness.
• Collects and verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Handles patient questions and directs to the appropriate personnel.
• Processes patient registrations and data entry in the EMR.
• Collects co-pays and daily money; reconciles cash and records.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and manages phone inquiries.
