Job summary

Kuresmart is seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage patient check-in/out, data collection, and registration across EMR systems. You will collect payments, verify insurance and demographics, and support scheduling and inquiries in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork to ensure accurate and timely patient flow. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and Proficiency with MS Office; EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, staff and the public.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Ability to collect and maintain money accurately and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates flow of patient information across the continuum of care.
• Performs patient registration, financial services and data entry in EMR.
• Collects co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and past due balances.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and manages patient check-in/out.
• Handles phone inquiries and directs callers appropriately.
• Maintains cleanliness of patient waiting area and supports front desk operations.
