Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient registration, check-in, and check-out.
• Collects and verifies demographic, insurance, and financial information in the EMR.
• Assists patients with Phreesia tablets and forms.
• Collects payments and reconciles money daily.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and manages the EMR.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA and supports office operations.
