Qualifications

• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high customer service.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments for timely resolution.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Keep a clean, organized lobby and work area for a positive first impression.
• Escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams to maintain satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks while understanding billing and services.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records, keeping charts up to date.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
