QualDerm Partners is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our expanding dermatology network. You will register patients, verify insurance, and use the EMR to ensure accurate data and smooth flow of visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or via phone.
• Record patient arrivals in the EMR.
• Verify patient identity by date of birth and name; create new accounts as needed.
• Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Process patient copays and balances at check-in/out; maintain confidentiality.
