Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience, in a medical office.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high service standards.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area to create a positive first impression.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Meet or exceed department productivity benchmarks while understanding billing processes.
• Enter referral information, manage patient records, and keep medical charts up-to-date.
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enhance operations.
