Responsibilities

• Manage front desk daily activities and patient flow for the practice location.
• Prepare patient schedules, ensure paperwork, demographics, and chart are up to date.
• Greet patients and check in/out, providing courteous service.
• Assist with billing questions, payments, and insurance eligibility verification.
• Support telehealth setup and patient portal issues; triage patient needs.
