Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage the front office at the Frisco location and deliver exceptional patient service for both in-person and telehealth visitors.

You will handle scheduling, patient check-in/out, payments, insurance eligibility, and collaborate with clinicians to support efficient daily operations while maintaining HIPAA guidelines and a welcoming clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent is required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Create a positive work environment and support clinician and staff engagement.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting and checking patients in/out.
• Provide patient support via phone, email, or portal for billing, scheduling, and inquiries.
