Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician and staff engagement.
• Manage front desk including check-in/out and patient communication.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-payments and balances.
• Coordinate with clinicians and patients to ensure smooth scheduling and documentation.
