Qualifications

• 1+ years practical experience in a front desk or patient-facing role.
• Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is preferred.
• 2+ years of practical experience in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through their visit.
• Coordinate with medical staff and resolve patient problems.
• Collect payments and maintain patient records.

Skills

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Keyboard skills of 25 words

Experience with medical office software programs

Education
