Responsibilities

• Post charges and manage cash handling.
• Assist with patient scheduling, registration and account setup.
• Relay messages to physicians, nurses and staff; take messages.
• Understand insurance coverage, eligibility, network benefits.
• Initiate prior authorizations as needed.
