Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting; physician office preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service focus with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers professionally to create a welcoming environment.
• Accurately check in patients, verify identity, and document arrival status in the EMR.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, including referrals and tests.
• Collect and post patient payments; notify Financial Counselor when needed.
• Maintain patient charts and manage medical records with HIPAA compliance.
