Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments to optimize provider time.
• Complete insurance verifications and obtain approvals.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Keep appointments on schedule and notify providers of delays.
• Manage patient accounts and charges; assist with third-party billing.
• Support front desk operations and contribute to team goals.
