Qualifications

• Experience in a PT environment or medical office preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at front desk.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage calendar.
• Verify insurance benefits and authorizations.
• Enter data accurately into EMR and systems.
• Maintain patient accounts and collect payments as needed.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to optimize clinic flow.
• Support team to meet office goals.
• Answer phones and route inquiries.
