You will be the first point of contact in the outpatient clinic, guiding patients from check-in to check-out and supporting clinicians, nurses, and administrative staff.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and patient-centered care, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, registration, room preparation, vital signs, and maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare, clinical support, medical office, patient-facing or customer service role.
• Ability to work onsite in a clinical environment, including performing basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for our patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
• Support clinic operations through patient scheduling, registration, and flow management.
• Provide hands-on assistance with preparing exam rooms, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and reviewing allergies/pharmacy/medication lists as needed.
• Facilitate timely and clear communication between patients, providers, and the team.
• Maintain MSK's standards for cleanliness, safety, and infection control are met.
• Serve as an advocate for patient comfort, access, and satisfaction throughout the care journey.
