Job summary

Novant Health Heart and Vascular Institute Prevention Clinic in Charlotte is seeking a talented Patient Services Coordinator IV. You will be responsible for processing referrals at least 50% of the time and/or performing Dimensions super-user functions such as practice support with EPIC or handling miscellaneous work queues.

Schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Friday, located at 125 Queens Road, Suite 330, Charlotte, NC 28204.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in a medical office setting required.
• Knowledge of medical office software for updating patient demographic information, posting charges, copays, and scheduling patient appointments.
