Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of experience in a medical office setting is required.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD9-CM coding processes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• High level knowledge of EPIC systems and billing requirements.
• Familiarity with coding requirements for practice specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Process referrals at least 50% of the time.
• Perform Dimensions super-user functions such as practice support with EPIC.
• Work the miscellaneous work queues.
