Qualifications

• Must understand CPT and ICD-9-CM coding processes.
• Knowledge of medical office software for updating demographics, posting charges, copays, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and perform Dimensions super-user functions.
• Provide practice support with EPIC and manage miscellaneous work queues.
• Interact with diverse individuals and maintain confidentiality.
• Support multiple payor billing requirements and coding when needed.
