• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk and patient registration support, verifying demographics and insurance, collecting copays.
• Supports scheduling, check-in, and check-out, including follow-up appointments, reverification, charge review, and cash reconciliation.
• Performs revenue cycle tasks: claim edits, denial correction, and coordination with providers and billing teams.
• Provides general clerical support: phones, messages, filing, and cross-training to support clinic operations.
• Promotes a collaborative, patient-centered environment through clear communication and teamwork.
