Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in a customer service role; medical office experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a patient services role; Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information; strong scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with excellent service.
• Prepare paperwork for efficient operations.
• Answer general inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Handle phone reception, triage, and escalation.
• Register/pre-register patients and verify demographics/insurance.
• Manage patient charts and collect payments.
• Verify insurance and referrals as needed.
• Train staff and mentor new employees.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
