You will work with physicians, mobile partners, and patient support teams to resolve issues, collect payments, and ensure high satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, data entry, and multitasking in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Familiarity with Vital Tears is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Patient Services, including shipment tracking and order follow-ups.
• Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate partner and patient records.
• Follow up with patients and physicians to meet needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle patient payments and related accounting tasks for orders.
