Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient registration, scheduling, and visit preparation by reviewing records, verifying demographics and insurance, collecting payments, obtaining required documentation, and supporting check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintains accurate patient records, schedules tests and procedures, manages encounter and billing documentation, answers phones, and communicates patient information and messages promptly.
