Training will be provided to learn about insurance options, scheduling, and office workflows to support a best-in-class visit for every patient. The role requires punctuality, multitasking, and strong communication, with some weekend and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk/reception or customer-facing administrative role.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best-in-class service.
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to wear multiple hats.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach in coordination with doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments and support office staff.
• Cross-train to roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
