Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Patient Services Representative to support patient registration, check-in, and clinical support duties across Eagan and Burnsville locations. The role is 0.6 FTE with 3 days per week, rotating hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with potential weekend shifts; includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus for select roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect payments and insurance information.
• Verify and document insurance information per current practice.
• Schedule patients accurately in practice management systems.
• Communicate appointment details, directions and copay information.
• Prepare charts and assist with outreach events.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Coordinate switchboard duties including calls and interpreters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
