Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking a part-time Patient Services Representative to handle patient registration, check-in, and clinical support duties from our Stillwater locations. The role offers Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM–1:00 PM, with weekend rotation 1x per quarter.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting payments, verifying insurance, scheduling, and coordinating with staff. Prior experience in customer service and medical office is preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information per current practices.
• Schedule new and existing patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details, directions, check-in times, referrals and copayments to patients.
• Chart preparation and management.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Coordinate Switchboard Operator duties and interpreters for clinic appointments.
