Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred (healthcare concentration a plus).
• Minimum three years in a customer service role.
• Minimum 1 year in patient services role preferred.
• EHR experience with Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with high-quality customer service.
• Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration efficiently.
• Answer phones, triage patients, and escalate to appropriate staff.
• Assist in training staff and mentoring new employees.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office environment.
