Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service role; medical office experience is a plus.
• Epic EHR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls via switchboard with professionalism.
• Greet callers and provide accurate information to patients and families.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and updating insurance/demographic data.
• Transfer calls to appropriate staff and relay messages as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of physicians, scheduling preferences, and clinic locations.
