Job summary

Spooner, Arizona's largest physical therapy private practice, is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator Front Desk to warmly welcome patients, coordinate schedules, and manage records. You will ensure accuracy of data entry, facilitate payments, and support a fast-paced clinic with a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 1-2 years scheduling/verification experience, strong customer service, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• 1-2 years Scheduling/Verifications experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, setting a positive example.
• Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules with follow-up and tracking of referrals and appointments.
• Coordinate therapist time off requests and schedule changes.
• Schedule patients timely, conveniently, and with the right provider.
• Process new patient enrollments with accurate data entry and communication to billing.
• Maintain accurate, current patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Answer phones and resolve patient concerns, while communicating with vendors.
• Maintain patient database and update information as needed.
• Handle over-the-counter collections of co-pays and payments following SOPs.
• Run computer-generated reports as requested and required.
• Issue and collect patient satisfaction surveys.
