Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, referrals, appointments, and reschedules.
• Manage patient records and ensure data accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Answer phones and resolve patient concerns while engaging vendors and marketing inquiries.
• Process new patient enrollments and ensure proper data entry for benefits and billing.
