Job summary

Ankle & Foot Centers of America is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our Front Desk team. This part-time role supports clinic operations, checks in/out patients, collects payments, schedules appointments, answers phones and verifies insurance information with accuracy and courtesy.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to travel to Monroe occasionally. Training will cover HIPAA compliance and our customer-service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to Monroe occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a smile.
• Enter and update patient demographics.
• Complete insurance verifications for all patients.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals.
• Collect co-pays and balances at check-in.
