Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and update patient demographics and verify information.
• Complete insurance verifications for patients.
• Handle phone calls professionally and schedule appointments.
• Process payments and collect co-payments at check-in.
• Maintain front desk organization and office inventory.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Support multiple departments as needed.
