Responsibilities

• Check in patients and visitors for appointments and meetings; collect copays and balances.
• Verify demographics and insurance and obtain referrals/authorizations prior to visits.
• Close out end-of-day reports and balance cash received.
• Schedule appointments and maintain clinic schedules for multiple physicians.
